Happiness is. . .

A tiny closet filled with darling mouse sized dresses! I have no words. . . Yesterday I received the cutest "Happy Mail" ever. A package filled with the sweetest little dresses I have ever seen. I found Jenny a while back on Etsy, she makes teeny tiny dresses for a variety of different dolls so I purchased one to test it out to see if it might work and indeed it was perfect. I contacted Jenny and asked her if she might like to make up a bunch of custom tiny dresses for me and she was happy to do it. I opted to send her a care package of fabrics to use because I have more fabric than I could ever use and I didn't want her to use up her own stash for my requests.

These gorgeous little dresses arrived yesterday and to say I was excited is a huge understatement! I instantly started playing dress up with Fontina. Picking out little outfits by adding aprons I had made as well as one I got from "Oh Sew Rosie". Plus, she absolutely needed to have tiny pearls to wear with her dresses to complete the look. So, I quickly put together some tiny pearl necklaces for her. I was going for "June Cleaver", but a dear friend jokingly pointed out that she looks a bit like a Stepford Wife, but mouse sized...oh boy, did we laugh!

I honestly cannot say enough about Jenny's workmanship. These tiny little dresses are truly little pieces of art. Trust me!!! I sew and I cannot do this! I have tried and tried but they are just too tiny and fiddly for me, so I am so happy that I found Jenny to help me create a fantastic wardrobe for my mice. Now, you ask??? How and where can I find her? No worries, I will happily share her info so that you too can have fun dressing up your mice. If she doesn't have anything in her shop when you look send her a quick message to see if she can squeeze you in. I am sure once the word gets out about her darling creations she is going to be extremely busy!
